Peter learned to play at a very young age on British Open Links style golf courses in Northern Ireland, like Portstewart and Royal Portrush, which hosted the recent 148th Open Championship.

He became an assistant Golf Professional at Cape May National Golf Club in southern New Jersey under Pro Emeritus Skee Riegal, 1947 US Amateur Champion, 1951 second at Masters to Ben Hogan and Head Golf Professional, Russell O. Davis, Philadelphia PGA teacher of the year.

Peter then became Head Golf Professional at Toms River Country Club, in New Jersey. A private, 9-hole Golf Club.

Peter went to European Tour School and after a time away from the game, decided to return to a Head Golf Professional position at King's Crossing Golf Club in North Kingstown, RI. 

Peter's passion for golf has lead him to create a space for year-round golf experiences here at Golf 365 RI.
